If you choose the monthly subscription then you will get complete access to the site and all the classes that we add in the future for as long you continue your subscription.
If you choose the 6 monthly option then you have access to the site and all classes that we add in that 6 month period - this will obviously continue if you choose to renew your 6 month membership, or if you switch to the monthly subscription plan, for as long as you continue your payments.
Your trial period is for 7 days with unlimited access from and including the day you sign up fro your trial.
If you do not cancel the trial within that period your first subscription payment will automatically be taken from the card you have registered with us at the end of the 7 day period without any further notice from us.
Your subscription will then continue monthly unless you decide to cancel it.
If you have chosen the 6 month payment option, then this payment will be taken from the card you have registered with us, without any further notice from us, if you have not canceled your trial within the 7 day trial period.
We obviously don't want to lose you :( but we've made it very simple to leave us if you need to.
You have to be logged in to your account to cancel your subscription
After logging in, click into your Avatar in the top right corner of the page.
Then, select Settings from the drop-down menu.
Click Billing Info in the top right corner of the page and it will take you to your payment details - you can make any changes you need to here.
To cancel a subscription choose which subscription you wish to cancel and simply click 'cancel'.

If you cancel your subscription you will still have full access for the month you have paid for. For example if your billing date is the 1st of each month and you cancelled on the 20th, you would still have access until your next billing date on the 1st.
Sorry, you can't download the classes from the website. The videos must be streamed from directly from the VIVO..
All payment plans are subscription based - the 6 month plan gives a preferential price, however, it is still a subscription plan. Therefore, unless your subscription is cancelled or converted to a monthly plan, the amount you originally subscribed to will be debited from the card you have registered with us, 6 months on from your original payment.
Please note that if you wish to cancel or convert this plan you must give us one calendar months notice.
Please also note that if you cancel or covert this plan but wish to re-instate it at a later date, the new plan will be billed at the price which is current t the time when you make your new purchase,which may be more than your original subscription.
There are a variety of different ways you can stream your classes to your TV:
Using an HDMI cable:
Your phone, tablet or laptop should have have an option to connect a HDMI cable - please refer to the manufacturers instructions.
A SMART TV:
Use the web function to access VIVO directly from your TV - please refer to the manufacturers instructions.
Apple Airplay:
You need an Apple TV and an iOS device - compatible MacBook, iPad or iPhone
Ensure both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network. On your iOS device access the Control Center. On a MacBook, use the airplay button in the control bar.
Select AirPlay and select the name of the device you want to stream to.
Mirroring/Screen sharing:
You will need an Amazon Firestick or Google Chromecast or your mobile device/tablet
Please refer to the manufacturers instructions.
Change Password: Use the 'Forgot Password' button on the Vivo-Fit log-on page (the link for this is in the menu at the top right of the home page) and a link to reset your password will be sent to you by e-mail.
You may need to check your 'all mail' folder and/or your 'spam' folder if the email is not showing in your in-box.
I've forgotten my username: If you have forgotten or are unsure which email address you used to set up your account (your user name) or if you are still having problems please email us at [email protected] - this email address is operated by a person not a machine and so replies will be during normal UK office hours.
